1200t/d Glyphosate Mother Liquor Concentration and Crystallization for Sodium Pyrophosphate Recovery
Equipment Name:MVR Triple-Effect Evaporation and Crystallization Unit
Background: The project is located in Sichuan. It mainly uses mother liquor generated from the glyphosate production process as raw material, which undergoes pretreatment, concentration, and incineration in an incinerator to produce anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate. The primary process stages for which we are responsible include MVR evaporation and crystallization (the first three effects), sedimentation-displacement desalination, recrystallization, primary distillation desalination, secondary distillation desalination, condensate treatment, and waste gas treatment.
