Manufacturing Capabilities
ENCO has 2 in house manufacturing centers for module fabrication. Our workshops are equipped with large lifting equipment, automatic welding lines, CNC,laser cutting machines and integrated testing stations. Factory testing
Before delivery, all ENCO finished skids undergoes complete off-line testing including hydrostatic pressure test, air tightness test and full linkage commissioning of PLC/DCS automatic control system. After passing all test items, ENCO will provide complete delivery materials including fabrication 2D drawings, piping isometric drawings, full BOM list, test reports and operation manuals, to ensure clients obtain complete technical documents for installation and operation.

ENCO whole production process adopts strict ISO quality control system, with independent inspection stations set up in each processing link for material incoming inspection, intermediate inspection and finished product inspection. ENCO hold complete manufacturing qualification certificates including pressure vessel manufacturing licenses, ASME production stamps and welding qualification certifications.
