OSLO crystallizers are divided into two categories: OSLO evaporative crystallizers and OSLO cooling crystallizers.
The OSLO evaporative crystallizer uses an external heater to heat the circulating material liquid and enters the vacuum flash chamber to evaporate to supersaturation. It then enters the suspended bed through vertical pipes to allow the crystals to grow. Due to the special structure of the OSLO crystallizer, larger particles Solutions that are exposed to supersaturation first grow preferentially, followed by solutions with smaller volumes.
