Sludge Dryer

In waste water treatment or industrial processing project, sludge dewatering is a common process.Based on different project characteristics, ENCO produces different types of sludge dryers including:

• The material is heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, and the drying intensity saves about 30% energy than ordinary dryers.
• The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, with balanced operation, easy maintenance, low noise and long life.
• The fluid state is stable, without dead corners and blow-through phenomena.
• It causes little damage to the surface of materials and is used for drying fragile materials. It does not affect the working effect even when the particles of materials are irregular.
• The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross-contamination between materials and air and ensures a clean working environment.
• Good adjustability, adaptable to surface width, material layer thickness, moving speed in the machine and amplitude changes can be adjusted steplessly.
• Due to the application of vibration, the minimum fluidizing air speed can be reduced.

● Materials enter the machine from the feed port. Under the action of the excitation force provided by the vibration motor or other means, they jump forward on the air distribution plate. At the same time, the air is heated to a certain temperature after being filtered and enters the downwind of the dryer through the air outlet. In the chamber, under the dual action of vibration force and hot air flow through the air distribution plate, the material is suspended in contact with the hot air flow. There is intense turbulence between the material particles and the heat medium, which makes the heat transfer and mass transfer processes After being strengthened, the dried product is discharged from the discharge port, and the evaporated water and waste gas are recovered into dust through the cyclone separator and then discharged into the atmosphere.

● The lower bed body provides a stable air chamber with a certain pressure for the bed. Adjust the induced draft fan to maintain a slight negative pressure in the upper part of the bed material in the upper box, maintain a good dry environment and prevent dust from leaking.
