The natural forced circulation evaporator uses external power to circulate, and uses a pump to make the solution pass through the heating tube in one direction at a speed of 2-5m/s. Other evaporators are all natural circulation evaporators due to the density difference between the solution in the heating chamber and the circulation tube. Their common shortcomings are the low circulation speed of the solution and poor heat transfer effect. When dealing with solutions that are highly viscous, easy to scale or easy to crystallize, a forced circulation evaporator can be used.

Advantages:
Large heat transfer coefficient, anti-salting out, anti-scaling, strong adaptability, easy to clean.
Disadvantages: It consumes a lot of kinetic energy and the solution stays for a long time; the cost and maintenance costs are slightly higher.
Forced circulation evaporator is suitable for evaporation and concentration in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental engineering, waste liquid evaporation recovery and other industries with scaling, crystallinity, heat sensitivity (low temperature), high concentration, high viscosity and insoluble solids.
