The overall structure of the steam compressor is relatively complex, mainly composed of three basic units: compression system, steam cooler and lubrication system. The steam compressor is the key equipment of the heat recovery system to increase the steam temperature and pressure through compression of the generated steam. Its function is to pressurize and heat low-pressure (or low-temperature) steam to meet the temperature and pressure requirements required by the process or project. Steam compressor mainly composed of three basic units: compression system, steam cooler and lubrication system. The steam generated in the boiler (evaporator) passes through the built-in droplet separator to remove part of the liquid in the steam, and then enters the steam compressor or corresponding steam point. Uncompressed steam bypass can be left in the process design for automatic control to meet production requirements for different steam pressures and temperatures or to prevent room for repair when the compressor fails. At present, domestic steam compressors are mainly used in chemical fields such as evaporation, crystallization, towers, and drying. The above industrial processes are also restricted by some factors. For example, in terms of drying, the low-temperature waste gas that comes out after drying contains a certain amount of air and other non-condensable gases, and factors such as the compression ratio of the compression itself reduce its recycling value.
