There are two commonly used methods to increase the pressure and temperature of secondary steam. One is the mechanical vapor recompression technology MVR, and the other is the steam thermal vapor recompression(TVR) technology.

TVR evaporator is an energy-saving evaporation device that can recover some secondary steam. It is a steam injector to add a steam injector in the multi -effect evaporator. It uses high -pressure and high -temperature steam as a driving force to enter the steam sprayer steam cavity. The heat power takes some low -temperature secondary steam to enter the low -voltage steam cavity. After the mixing cavity is mixed The hybrid steam with medium pressure and medium temperature enters the heater, providing heat sources for the evaporator to achieve the purpose of recycling secondary steam to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The multi-effect evaporator is configured with TVR technology, which can save energy by 30-50%on the basis of the original evaporator, and the energy-saving effect is significant.

TVR evaporator is improved compared to the system that directly discharges secondary steam. It uses a jet heat pump to recover part of the secondary steam. Since the jet heat pump can only eject 0.3kg of secondary steam for 1kg of high-pressure steam, Although this system has a simple and compact structure, its energy efficiency is relatively low.
