Working principal
The liquid/solid mixed fluid is distributed in the Automatic Horizontal Scraper Centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the solid phase is intercepted by the filter disc and the liquid phase is filtered out. Feeding continues until the material is full, then stop feeding. If the process requires, the filter cake is washed and purified, and the washing liquid is filtered out at the same time. Further deliquescence is performed until the separation requirements are met. At full speed or medium speed, the scraper scrapes off most of the filter cake, completing a working cycle.
GKH adopts the siphon principle to increase the filtering power and achieve a lower moisture content of the filter cake.
Control process

The operation of the centrifuge is controlled by PLC, and the system runs automatically according to the preset program. Different machine systems have corresponding operating parameters or adjustment ranges. Appropriate operating parameters are set for specific working conditions during commissioning and subsequent operation to meet separation requirements. The control system automatically repairs or protects overloads during actual operation.
The automatic control system controls the centrifuge host, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, nitrogen protection system, valves, and pumps, valves, material conveying systems, etc. related to the centrifuge.

- The whole machine is installed on the ground: the unloading is connected to the filter cake conveying system on the lower floor.
- The whole machine is installed on a high platform: this floor has reserved space for unloading and filter cake conveying.
