Working principal
The liquid/solid mixed fluid is distributed in the Vertical basket centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the solid phase is intercepted by the filter disc and the liquid phase is filtered out. Feeding continues until the material is full, then stop feeding. If the process requires, the filter cake is washed and purified, and the washing liquid is filtered out at the same time. Further liquid removal is performed until the separation requirements are met. Stop the machine, open the cover, and unload the filter cake manually or with a hanging bag to complete a working cycle.
PSD is a hanging bag unloading form, and PSB\PQSB is a manual unloading method (which can meet the requirements for use in clean areas).
PQSB is a fully open cover form, and the casing and drum and other parts can be cleaned and inspected after the casing is fully opened when necessary.
