System Overview
Forced film evaporator includes forced falling film evaporator and forced raising film evaporator.
It is particularly suitable for materials that are not easy to block with dirt, and can be combined with plate, tube, and plate tube. It can be designed with MVR and TVR energy-saving technical devices. The system composition consists of a system such as the heater, the effects separator, the condenser, the heat pressure pump, the vacuum system and the drainage system, the solution, the conveying pump, the operation platform, the electrical instrument control cabinet, the valve, the pipeline, and other systems.
Main features:
a. A full system design is reasonable and beautiful, runs stable, efficient, and energy-saving, low steaming volume, low flow of pumps, small installation power, and low power consumption.
b. The concentration ratio is large, and the diaphragm evaporation makes it easy to evaporate the liquid fluid with a large viscosity, and the concentration time is short.
c. The evaporation temperature is low, the material is heated and the temperature is heated, which is suitable for the concentration of thermal material.
