MVR Tubular Evaporator

There are many types of MVR exchangers. ENCO from the products that are widely used in the chemical industry, MVR Tubular Evaporator are more traditional and appear more frequently. Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are mainly divided into three types: fixed tube sheet type, floating head type and U-tube type. Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are simple in structure, strong and adaptable, especially in high temperature, high pressure and large-scale devices.

Fixed tube sheet heat exchanger is the simplest structure among shell-and-tube heat exchangers, so it is more commonly used. Fixed tube sheet heat exchanger is mainly composed of cylindrical shell, heat exchange tube, tube sheet, head and inlet and outlet. The tube type can be fixed by welding or expansion method. The shell needs to be welded with flange for easy disassembly during cleaning or inspection. There are hot and cold inlet and outlet pipes on the end cover and the shell, and the hot and cold fluids flow in the tubes respectively. Shell-and-tube heat exchangers can be divided into vertical and horizontal according to the position of the tube bundle. The vertical structure is that the tube bundle is vertical to the ground, while the horizontal structure is just the opposite.
