Low temperature Scraper evaporation crystallizer is a new type of evaporator with strong adaptability, for example, it is suitable for materials with high viscosity, heat sensitivity, easy crystallization and scaling.
The equipment is mainly composed of a heating jacket and a scraper. The jacket is heated by electromagnetic heating/steam. The scraper is installed on a rotatable shaft. The scraper and the inner wall of the heating jacket maintain a very small gap, usually 0.5-1.5 mm. After preheating, the liquid is added from the upper part of the evaporator along the tangential direction. Under the action of gravity and rotating scrapers, it is distributed on the inner wall to form a downward rotating film, and is continuously evaporated and concentrated during the descent process. The finished liquid is discharged from the bottom and the secondary steam escapes from the top.
Supporting equipment: heat source equipment, circulating cooling tower, air compressor, concentrate tank, condensate tank, etc.
Features
The treated waste liquid can be concentrated to a water content below 5-10%, with a concentration reduction of more than 10-20 times; the treated waste liquid stays on the evaporation surface for a short time, about 10 seconds, without coking or scaling; the low-temperature vacuum distillation tank is designed with a stirring and scraper device to prevent evaporation and concentration from sticking, and the concentrated liquid or crystals are discharged by mechanical scraping; evaporation under low temperature (below 60 degrees) and vacuum (above -90kPa) conditions, the organic matter and salt content in the condensed water is low, and it is easy to subsequently treat by biochemical or physicochemical standards; batch feeding and discharging, large operating flexibility, PLC fully automatic operation, unmanned operation, and simple maintenance.

It is widely used in the evaporation and concentration of beverage industry (evaporation and concentration of milk, juice, sugar solution), food, additive industry (evaporation and concentration of monosodium glutamate, soybean, protein emulsion), pharmaceutical and biological industry (traditional Chinese medicine, vitamins, amino acids, citric acid, etc.); evaporation and crystallization of chemical industry (material crystallization, separation and purification), wastewater treatment (salt-containing wastewater, heavy metal-containing wastewater, etc.), zero emission (coal chemical industry, mine water, etc.); evaporation and distillation of hazardous waste treatment (waste emulsion, waste mineral oil, organic waste liquid, waste acid and alkali).
