Working principal
ENLLW Horizontal Solid liquid separation centrifuge, the suspension enters the filter chamber between the drum and the spiral through the feed pipe, and enters from the bottom of the drum cone. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase in the slurry is filtered out through the filter screen inside the drum, and the solid phase is trapped in the drum. At the same time, the solid phase moves from the small end of the drum to the large end under the action of centrifugal force and the differential speed between the spiral and the drum.
As the drum rotation diameter increases, the centrifugal force also increases, and the trapped solid phase reaches the minimum moisture content from the initial high moisture content to the minimum moisture content when discharged from the drum, realizing the automatic and continuous separation of the solid and liquid phases.

A washing pipe is configured to wash and purify the filter cake in the later stage of filtration. A thinner filter layer can achieve better washing effect and lower detergent consumption.
For materials that are prone to secondary crystallization, a steam pipe can be configured to perform high-temperature cleaning on the products in the inner cavity according to the set cleaning cycle.
