XF series multi-core backwash filter is a new generation filter, with the characteristics of self-cleaning filter, internal integration of multi-slot filter element, 24 hours uninterrupted online filtration, when the filter element is blocked, the device automatically identifies, and through the rotary arm to clean the filter element one by one.
Filtration: to be filtered liquid through the liquid inlet into the filter, in the process of filtration, impurities in the water accumulated on the stainless steel screen, the inner impurities gradually accumulated on both sides of the resulting differential pressure, through the differential switch monitoring inlet pressure change;
Cleaning: When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process will be started: the electronic control system gives a signal, the motor starts to work, driving the stainless steel brush to rotate and scrape impurities;
Blowdown: After a certain time, blowdown valve is opened and blowdown begins. Blowdown time is set according to impurity quality and filtrate value.
