Medical physiological saline or reagents are obtained by recrystallization purification using crude salt as raw material. Medical standard purity sodium chloride crystals can be obtained by dissolving crude salt, removing impurities, filtering, evaporating crystallization, and returning the mother liquor for impurity removal. The evaporation crystallization process is the most investment intensive and energy consuming step in the production of medical sodium chloride. Moreover, the economic added value of sodium chloride products is not high, so reducing the consumption of the evaporation process can achieve the energy-saving and consumption reduction effect of the total production system with half the effort.
The application process of sodium chloride MVR evaporator has long been mature, and it has been widely used in the consumption of sodium chloride and environmental treatment. The product quality of the obtained sodium chloride will never be inferior to that of traditional multi effect evaporators.
1. Significant energy-saving effect
The saturation boiling point of sodium chloride salt water is not high, especially in the early stage of medical sodium chloride production, where there are sufficient impurity removal methods. The purity of the salt water is already good, and the evaporation conditions are much milder than in other industries. The power consumption of the steam compressor is only~35kW/t of evaporated water. Adding the electricity consumption of other pumps and centrifuges, the cost per ton of water is less than 40 yuan.
2. Short process flow
Compared with traditional multi effect evaporators, MVR evaporators have fewer main evaporator units, no steam series connection, no need for salt extraction from each effect, short process, and very simple operation.
3. Excellent product quality
The incoming water is usually nearly saturated saline water, with consistent evaporation pressure at all levels, almost no temperature gradient between each level, and only the final stage terminal discharge. The crystal residence time is easy to control, crystal cultivation is convenient, the product particle size is uniform, the size is moderate and controllable, the filtration moisture content is low, and the product is not easy to clump.
