Recently, in a cooperation project with an important German owner, ENCO, as the overall general contractor, was responsible for the production and design of the MVR equipment, which successfully passed the owner's comprehensive acceptance. The owner highly praised the equipment performance, process and delivery results, which marked an important stage of progress in the cooperation between the two parties and laid a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation in the future.

1.FAT factory acceptance test

Performance acceptance is the core of this acceptance. During the operation, the key parameters of the equipment, such as temperature, pressure, flow, etc., were stable, the material processing effect met expectations, and the automatic control system responded sensitively. The owner highly recognized the performance of the equipment and praised the excellent performance of the equipment.

The safety performance acceptance was also successfully passed. The safety devices such as safety valves and leakage protectors equipped on the equipment are operating normally. The electrical system is well grounded, and the equipment insulation is also implemented in the factory to ensure the safety of the equipment.

Document And Software Data Review

The acceptance work was carried out strictly in accordance with the European and German Standard. ENCO provided a full set of documents including equipment operation manual, quality inspection report, trial operation record, CE certification, European certification, declaration of conformity, etc.

ENCO also displayed the function and performance of remote control module to the German Client. With this module, we can support the system's operation and technical support on mobile phone or laptop anywhere in the world.

Equipment quality inspection

During the equipment appearance and installation acceptance, the owner inspected the equipment appearance on site to check for defects, confirm the equipment installation location, connection firmness, wiring conditions, and conducted a spectrum test on the stainless steel material. After inspection, the equipment appearance was intact, the installation met the design requirements, the wiring was standardized and neat, and the spectrum test was qualified.

2.Equipment loading container

After the acceptance, ENCO wrapped each module with film, placed all spares in wooden crates, and conducted the equipment loading within ENCO's workshop. Although time was tight before the Chinese New Year, we still worked overtime and successfully completed the equipment delivery on time as promised.
