Falling film plate evaporator
Falling film plate evaporator: Each group consists of two plates of different forms. The material enters from the left and right openings at the top of the plate, and the steam-water mixture goes out from the large square opening in the middle of the bottom; the steam enters from the large opening in the middle of the top of the plate, and the condensed water goes out from the left and right openings at the bottom. The low-resistance corrugation is used to make the medium evenly distributed, with low resistance and high efficiency.
This falling film plate greatly improves the efficiency of the evaporation equipment to adapt to the concentration of large-volume, high-concentration, and high-viscosity materials.
