The overall structure of the steam compressor is relatively complex, mainly composed of three basic units: compression system, steam cooler and lubrication system. The steam compressor is the key equipment of the heat recovery system to increase the steam temperature and pressure through compression of the generated steam. Its function is to pressurize and heat low-pressure (or low-temperature) steam to meet the temperature and pressure requirements required by the process or project. MVR is an energy-saving technology that reuses the energy of the secondary steam generated by itself. This can reduce the demand for external energy. The principle is that the compressor compress the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. Consequently the pressure and temperature thereof will increase, as well as the enthalpy. Then the compressor sends the steam to the heating chamber of the evaporator as the heating steam. The feed liquid is maintained in a boiling state, and the heated steam itself is condensed into water. In this case, we can fully utilize the latent heat in the secondary steam and achieve the purpose of energy-saving. (MVR Steam Compressor-Roots Type )
