On August 5, 2025, ENCO's Australian client inspected the lithium battery recycling system they had ordered.
The system utilizes double-effect evaporation and crystallization technology, which can be adapted to a recycling production line, resulting in higher-quality purified products while also saving production costs by reusing energy within the process.
As shown in the figure, this system uses a modular design, which reduces floor space and transportation costs. The system relies on the integrated PLC design to achieve fully automatic operation, reducing manpower expenditure; the double-effect evaporator function can further reduce energy consumption. The customer is very impressed with the integrated and modular design of the entire equipment.
This project is a milestone for ENCO Machinery since the completion of its first Australian project in Melbourne for Mg recovery in 2023, proving that ENCO is a leading international evaporation crystallizer manufacturer and an excellent partner.
