MVR evaporator is different from ordinary single effect falling film or multi effect falling film evaporators. MVR is a single unit evaporator that integrates multiple effect falling film evaporators. According to the required product concentration, segmented evaporation is adopted. That is, when the product cannot reach the required concentration after passing through the effect for the first time, the product is pumped to the upper part of the effect through the external pipeline of the effect through the vacuum pump at the lower part of the effect after leaving the effect, Then, by repeatedly passing through the effector, the desired concentration is achieved.
The interior of the effect is arranged with thin tubes, inside which is the product, and outside which is steam. During the flow of the product from top to bottom, the area inside the tubes increases, causing the product to flow in a film like manner to increase the heating area. A negative pressure is formed inside the effect through a vacuum pump, reducing the boiling point of water in the product and achieving concentration. The evaporation temperature of the product is around 60 ℃.
The condensed water, some steam, and residual steam generated by the heating and evaporation of the product through the effect body are separated through a separator. The condensed water flows out from the lower part of the separator for preheating the product entering the effect body. The steam is pressurized through a fan booster (the higher the steam pressure, the higher the temperature), and then the pressurized steam converges through a pipeline and passes through the effect body again.
When the equipment is started, a portion of steam is required for preheating. After normal operation, the required steam will be significantly reduced. During the process of pressurizing the secondary steam by the fan booster, electrical energy is converted into steam heat energy. Therefore, the required steam during equipment operation is reduced, and the required electricity is significantly increased.
The temperature of the product remains around 60 ℃ throughout the entire process of flow, and the temperature difference between the heating steam and the product is also maintained at around 5-8 ℃. The smaller the temperature difference between the product and the heating medium, the more conducive it is to protecting product quality and effectively preventing tube sticking.
When the concentration of the product is around 50%, only the MVR evaporator can complete it. When the required concentration is 60%, flash evaporation equipment needs to be installed.
