The continuous cooling crystallizer completes the crystallization process in a continuous operation process.

In the traditional material crystallization process, intermittent crystallization is generally used. It is usually a single tank and multi-batch operation. Each crystallization tank needs to go through the process of feeding, cooling (or evaporation) crystallization, and discharge filtration in time sequence.

 

The characteristic of the continuous cooling crystallizer that is different from the traditional intermittent crystallization equipment is that the crystallization process is operated continuously. During the crystallization process, continuous feeding, continuous discharging, and continuous heat removal (or concentration) are realized.

Working principle

 

continuous cooling crystallizer mostly refers to cooling/freezing crystallizer. During the continuous feeding and discharging process of the crystallizer, the raw materials are continuously fed into the crystallizer, and the cooling process of the solution is very rapid.
