Product Features

 

►The boiling chamber is mostly made of A-316/316L stainless steel

►The jacketed heat exchanger does not contact the incoming liquid

►Vacuum circuit with pump

►Automatic discharge of concentrated liquid using cylinder and spiral scraper

►The heat pump circuit is used for low-temperature evaporator with compressor, and Freon is R407c or R134a

►The built-in scraper is controlled by a gear motor, and the spiral stirring and spiral conveying are used to clean dirt and increase the concentration

►Tube heat exchanger condensation

►With foam detector and automatic defoaming circuit

►Integrated control system with Siemens PLC and control panel

►The evaporator is equipped with an automatic cleaning system to ensure its continuous use

►The machine is equipped with paneling to optimize the appearance of the equipment

►The parts of the machine that come into contact with the liquid are made of a special corrosion-resistant material (SAF 2507 or titanium) (for sewage treatment containing high chlorides)

3,Oil Removal Equipment

After the first-level filtration, the equipment will settle and skim the oil, and then filter and remove water in the second level. The equipment will settle, filter and skim the oil in one unit. The sediment will be discharged regularly, and the floating oil will be skimmed into a collection barrel for outsourced disposal.

 

The removal of floating oil is conducive to the long-term stable operation of the supporting evaporator equipment sensors and heat exchangers.
